The programme is primarily aimed at postdoctoral research staff but would also be useful for other researchers and early career academics who are starting to take on leadership roles or who wish to take on leadership roles in the future.
“Preparing for Leadership” has been developed by Vitae and tested and refined in pilot sessions across a number of universities. The programme will be facilitated by Dr Sarah Robins-Hobden, an experienced independent researcher developer and coach.
