To support promising ideas to develop new interdisciplinary research and innovation that might exploit emerging opportunities the University’s five thematic areas have launched the Themes Research & Innovation Fund 2018.

The Themes Research & Innovation Fund will allocate funding to support small-scale feasibility projects linked to the thematic areas. The projects must be interdisciplinary and the potentially enabled outcomes must be explicitly stated, such as REF-standard outputs or applications for external funding.

Members of the University research and academic community can find out more about the fund by reading the guidance notes (UoP login required). Applicants will need to download the application form (UoP login required) and send the completed form to by midnight on Friday March 2nd.
