The Portsmouth Research Portal is a publicly accessible and fully searchable interface that enables our excellent research and innovation to reach a worldwide audience. The information displayed on the Portal is derived from the University’s Current Research Information System, Pure.
Whether a researcher, teaching staff or PhD student, you will have a profile on the portal and a Pure account.
To find out more about using Pure, we are running a session on 3rd July 2018 where you will have the opportunity to learn how to add content such as publications, research projects, positions of esteem and research activities to your Pure environment. Maintaining an up-to-date profile enhances your visibility and makes information available to generate CVs and for reporting purposes in the faculties and wider university.
This session will enable you to:
  • Manage your profile using Pure
  • Upload new content to Pure
  • Understand the link between Pure and the Portal
