The recent UPEN conference showcased the excellent teaching, research and innovation that occur across the University of Portsmouth Environment Network. It was an opportunity for us to celebrate and delight in the strengths that exist across this University, and for local businesses and policy makers to gain insight to what we do, and to appreciate the many different ways of collaborating with the University. There was a strong turnout at the event including businesses (both large and small), local authorities, University staff and students.
