The Female Entrepreneurs Network offers both current and aspiring women in business a forum to come together and hear real stories of successful business women working in the region. It also serves to offer support for those thinking of starting a venture and those in the early stages of developing their company.
Our Guest Speakers for the evening will be:
Mitzi Swanson – International Trade Adviser, UK Trade & Investment
Following feedback at our November 2015 event, where many people asked for a speaker on exporting, Mitzi will be our first speaker and will be on hand to answer questions during the evening.
Mitzi helps life science companies to identify and commercialise international trade opportunities and to work in overseas markets. UKTI services and help includes market research, assistance with promotions and publicity, finding and arranging meetings with potential partners, distributors or customers, and assistance and funding for missions and exhibitions.
Mitzi has over 25 years of experience in international healthcare and bioscience business consulting, particularly focused on China and East Asian markets.

Travel and Parking
Purple Door is a 5 minute walk from Portsmouth and Southsea station. Parking is avilable in the University car parks for £2 after 5pm or in the pay and display on Alec Rose Lane.
