The University of Portsmouth is currently seeking to recruit to 2 KTP Associate posts working with Bounce Foods Ltd.
Project Manager (Packaging Innovation in Food Manufacturer)
This is an exciting opportunity open to a master level degree in either; packaging, product development, innovation, industrial design, or related area. The post will provide the individual with an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company’s new product innovation and growth, through the development of new packaging. It will also offer a range of experience and exposure to senior management, and communication throughout the supply chain.
The challenge in this project will be to enable Bounce Foods Limited to develop innovative and industry leading packaging that will be smarter, multi-functional, & sustainable, with integrated market intelligence capture & display, suitable for the transportation of Bounce Foods’ products, enabling product diversification and generating further growth.

Data Scientist/NLP Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity open to those who have graduated and/or have relevant experience in Data Scientist/NLP Specialist with a strong postgraduate or undergraduate (first class or upper second class) in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, IT for Business Computer Systems. The post will provide the individual with an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company’s business and product decisions. It will also offer a range of experience and exposure to senior management, using advanced text-mining in business operations and decisions. The success of this project could lead to the opportunity of a relevant position at the company.
The new data analysis capabilities to be established within Bounce through this project will enable the company to improve and increase the sales of their existing products, understand and interact with their customers better. This new capability will allow them to bring innovative and improved products to the market that require understanding customers’ expectations.
