This cross-disciplinary networking lunch will be a chance to find out more about upcoming opportunities and support available to researchers through the Sustainability and the Environment theme. You will have the chance to meet and interact with colleagues from across the University to discuss your ideas for contributing to the theme.
During the first part of this networking lunch the Director of the Sustainability and the Environment theme, Prof Gary Fones, will introduce the theme and leads from key research groupings from around the institution will provide short overviews. A sandwich lunch, with tea and coffee, will provide further opportunities for networking and discussion in the latter half of the session.
This will be the first of a number of Sustainability and Environment networking lunches in the coming months.
