In this cross-disciplinary workshop, Professor Adrian Hopgood will introduce the Future and Emerging Technologies theme, one of five at the core of the University’s Research and Innovation strategy. This workshop is part of a larger number of theme-based activities that seek to engage researchers from across all disciplines to build capacity and galvanise new challenge-led research and innovation projects.
The event will include discussion on the opportunities presented by the government’s Industrial Strategy, as well as time for colleagues from across the University to discuss ideas and contribute to the theme.
A sandwich lunch, tea and coffee will provide further opportunities for networking and discussion.
