Once you’ve got your research or innovation project funded there are various tasks that need to be completed throughout the timeline of the award. Do you know what these tasks are and how you can manage them effectively?
In this information session you will hear about the flow of research or innovation project management, find out what support is available from the post award team to help facilitate your award. The session will also outline your own responsibilities as the Project lead and those of any other staff involved in the Project when a project has been awarded to the University.
